Research on Labour Rights Among the Migrants

The research on labor rights among migrants, conducted by Prisma for the International Organization for Migration (IOM), aimed to identify key patterns in labor migration and the recruitment of migrant workers across selected sectors of the Armenian economy, as well as to analyze the associated risk factors for human trafficking. This comprehensive study utilized both qualitative and quantitative data collection methods, including 12 key informant interviews and a survey involving 508 beneficiaries. The findings provide valuable insights into the challenges faced by migrant workers in Armenia, informing the development of policies and interventions to protect their rights and improve their working conditions.
