Learning Report Development

The Learning Report, developed by Prisma for Mercy Corps Jordan Regional Office and partners, evaluates the effectiveness of learning objectives, identifies areas for improvement, and provides strategic recommendations for future initiatives. It plays a key role in assessing capacity strengthening efforts for partners and analyzing learning approaches used within the organization and among partners. The report is structured around core learning objectives, including: Reflection and Adaptive Management; Knowledge Management Systems; Capacity Strengthening of Partner Organizations; Performance and Quality Improvement; Project Management and Coordination; Finance and Operations. By addressing these areas, the Learning Report contributes to continuous organizational growth and improved program impact. Additionally, by analyzing both successes and challenges, it supports evidence-based decision-making and enhances program design and implementation across the organization.
