Prisma conducted Final evaluation of “Catalyzing young Armenian entrepreneurs to the agritech field: TUMO Labs AgriTech Incubator”project. The purpose of this final evaluation was to deliver a comprehensive assessment of the project’s performance, focusing on the extent to which the intended results have been achieved and the manner in which they have been delivered to date. It examined the TUMO Labs AgriTech Incubator project’s progress, identified factors affecting the sustainability of the intervention, and highlighted key lessons learned. The evaluation also provided practical recommendations to support TUMO Labs, its partners, and other stakeholders in strengthening the project’s impact and informing the design and implementation of future initiatives with similar objectives.
Guided by OECD DAC criteria (Relevance, Coherence, Effectiveness, Efficiency, Resilience, Impact, and Sustainability), the evaluation applied a mixed-methods approach. Primary data collection included an online survey with 34 beneficiaries, 7 key informant interviews (with program staff, experts, and the donor), and 3 focus group discussions with beneficiaries. Secondary data was gathered through document review.
