Cluster Survey among “Standard” and “Unreliable” Credit Holders in the Republic of Armenia

Prisma LLC conducted a cluster-based survey commissioned by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (CBA), covering 384 individuals with standard credit obligations and 1,540 individuals with non-performing (overdue/unreliable) financial liabilities. The study aimed to assess financial behaviour, debt burden, repayment capacity, and the socio-economic characteristics of individuals across different credit risk categories. Prisma revised and refined the survey instrument in close cooperation with the CBA, coordinated the fieldwork implementation, and delivered a cleaned and validated final database for analysis.
