On February 11, the Media Center organized an online discussion, and the topic was "Reasons behind not signing an employment contract: Violated rights and their Recovering Mechanisms”. Shushan Ghahriyan from Prisma Research Company participated and presented the results of the research.

Overall, the prevalence and reasons behind concluding/not concluding employment contracts were studied. The opinions and suggestions of employees, employers, and industry experts were observed to get more insights on how to improve the employment contract situation in Armenia, how to raise employees' awareness of their rights and responsibilities regulated by employment contracts.
