The expert team at Prisma LLC, with the support of UNICEF and in close collaboration with the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of Armenia, has developed the Comprehensive Program for the Protection of Children’s Rights (2024-2029). This program outlines the key priorities of the state policy in child rights protection, aiming to create equal conditions for the full realization of all children’s rights and to ensure their harmonious development.

Built around a universal vision for the full and balanced development of human capital, the program defines clear objectives and interventions, with a well-structured budget allocation to support its effective implementation.

The Comprehensive Program takes an integrated approach, addressing all spheres of public life while placing particular emphasis on the specific aspects of protecting the rights of children aged 0-18.

In defining the program’s goals and expected outcomes, existing child-related measures outlined in other strategic documents and sectoral programs developed by state and local self-government bodies have been considered. However, to avoid duplication, these measures are not explicitly included in this program.

The Comprehensive Program includes a total of 91 interventions, aligned with 138 expected outcomes, ensuring a structured and results-driven approach to child rights protection and development.
