On 9-10 April 2025, Prisma conducted a training session for the staff of the Human Rights Defender’s Office (HRDO) of the Republic of Armenia, focusing on enhancing their capacity to prepare the HRDO’s annual report. The training covered key concepts such as the project management cycle, Theory of Change, and effective report writing, using practical examples from the 2024 Annual Report of the Human Rights Defender of Armenia. Participants engaged in hands-on exercises to strengthen their skills in problem analysis and recommendation development. The training resulted in the collaborative development of a draft structure for the upcoming report and the revision of two key sections, “Main Developments and Challenges of the HRDO” and “Children’s Rights”, which will serve as reference models for future reporting.
