Evaluation of “Establishment of a Technology and Creative Industries Hub in Kapan “ Project

Prisma conducted the evaluation of the EU-funded project “Establishment of a Technology and Creative Industries Hub in Kapan” (ENI/2021/430-427). The evaluation applied a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis to assess project performance, results, and sustainability, and to provide evidence-based recommendations.
