Prisma Research Company conducted a study on the communication of the Human Rights Defender’s Office on behalf of the Raoul Wallenberg Institute of Human Rights and Humanitarian Law. The purpose of the study was to examine the knowledge, attitudes, and practices (KAP) of different segments of society – including individuals, civil society organizations, and media representatives – regarding the activities and communication of the Human Rights Defender’s Office.
To achieve the objectives of the study, a quantitative research approach was employed. Specifically, face-to-face interviews were conducted among a sample of residents of the Republic of Armenia (sample size: 385), while telephone or online interviews were conducted with representatives of civil society and media organizations (sample size: 62 organizations).
